Position:Sales Manager

Position:Sales Associate

Description:
The Sales Associate is responsible for prospecting and contacting new leads for our services: Coaching Club and Consulting businesses as well as product sales. You will be responsible for calling on salon/spa owners, booth renters, etc. to uncover their training needs and to provide solutions. This will require solid knowledge of all company products and services. Daily activities include: phone calls, contact management, client follow-up and continuous learning of our products and services.

Daily Responsibilites:
  • Prospect and Call new leads
  • Follow-up on existing leads
  • Respond to incoming phone and email requests for information
  • Enter detailed notes on every client contact in Database
  • Requirement of 4 hours minimum phone calling per day
  • Requirement of 40 calls mimimum per day

Job Requirements:
  • Become knowledgeable of:
    • Products and Services
    • Company Selling System
    • Training Support Systems
  • Must pass the following tests:
    • Selling System test within 30 days
    • Training Support systems test within 60 days
    • Product Knowledge within 90 days

Support:
  • Provide Support at company training events as needed - Travel required (~30%)

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or equivalent theoretical depth required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years sales and/or customer service experience required.
  • Prior experience in the cosmetology and/or salon/spa industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills required to interact and negotiate effectively with customers and internal resources.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary to manage assigned duties. These include, but are not limited to, the Windows environment, account management software, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Must operate with a sense of urgency and should possess a positive, winning attitude.
