This course is designed exclusively for those who have graduated from the week long SOS Training Academy Courses. You know what to do ? NOW LET?S PUT THE PLAN IN MOTION! In this course you will learn the systems and skills needed to implement the plan you created for your business. We will focus on EXECUTION! We?ll take your business plan and apply project management systems to effectively execute the plan.

We?ll work personally on leadership and communication skills with interactive, real time exercises that will bring out the effective organized leader in you! You will walk away focused, organized, inspired and ready to execute your 2007 business plan!
